This allows you to automatically present the appropriate contract during the Online Check-in process, whether the booking is for a short stay or a long stay.

Creating a Contract for Longer Stays
Go to:
Online Check-in → Contract Management
You can either:
Create a new contract from scratch.
Duplicate an existing contract and update only the clauses that differ for longer stays.
Duplicating an existing contract is recommended when most of the content remains the same, as it saves time and preserves the formatting already configured. This approach is already supported by Contract Management.
Configure the Minimum Stay
When editing the contract:
Enable This contract has a minimum number of nights.
Enter the minimum stay required for this contract.
For example:
Base contract → applies to all bookings.
Long-stay contract → Minimum number of nights = 14.
Reservations lasting 14 nights or more will automatically receive the long-stay contract during Online Check-in.
How It Works
Once multiple contracts are assigned to the same property:
The default contract is used for standard bookings.
Contracts with a Minimum number of nights are automatically applied when the reservation meets or exceeds the configured duration.
Guests are presented with the correct agreement during Online Check-in, with no manual action required.
Example
Property: Beach Apartment
Contract | Minimum Nights | Applies To |
Standard Rental Agreement | — | All stays under 14 nights |
Long Stay Agreement | 14 | Reservations of 14 nights or more |
A guest booking:
7 nights → signs the Standard Rental Agreement.
21 nights → signs the Long Stay Agreement automatically.
Best Practices
Keep a base contract for your standard reservations.
Duplicate the base contract when only a few clauses need to change for longer stays.
Modify only the legal terms that differ while keeping the rest of the agreement unchanged.
Test the configuration with reservations of different lengths to confirm that the correct contract is assigned automatically.
